By purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services Offered
1.1 Website Creation & Hosting
We offer professional website design, development, hosting, and ongoing content updates. You will receive a fully functional website built to your business specifications. Monthly maintenance, updates, content, and support are included based on your selected service tier.

1.2 AI Receptionist Services
Our AI receptionist solutions are customized to your business and include call handling, lead capture, appointment scheduling, and basic follow-up automation. These systems are designed to operate independently and do not involve human agents unless otherwise specified.

1.3 Missed-Call Text-Back System
Our missed-call text-back service automatically sends a text message to any caller whose call goes unanswered, helping you stay in contact with potential customers even when you're unable to pick up.

Payment Terms
Setup Fees are one-time and due at project initiation unless otherwise agreed.
Monthly Fees begin upon service activation (or after any agreed trial period) and are charged automatically each month.
All payments are non-refundable, except in the case of billing errors or where otherwise required by law. Services may be suspended if payment fails or is more than 7 days overdue.
Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information needed for setup and customization.
Maintain access to any third-party platforms used (e.g., calendar systems, phone carrier services, email accounts).
Maintain your own business phone line and carrier services required for AI receptionist or missed-call text-back integration.
Respond to content or approval requests promptly to avoid project delays.
Use all services legally and in accordance with applicable data privacy regulations.

AI Receptionist Disclaimer
You acknowledge and understand that:
Our AI receptionist is a virtual assistant and not a human.
While optimized and tested prior to launch, AI performance may occasionally result in incorrect responses, missed leads, or misinterpretation of user input.
SunsetSites is not liable for loss of business or customer dissatisfaction arising from AI errors or miscommunications, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You are responsible for reviewing your AI's settings, business information, and performance, and notifying us of any necessary adjustments.
We offer ongoing optimization to help reduce these risks and improve accuracy over time.

Missed-Call Text-Back Disclaimer
While designed to be reliable, the missed-call text-back system depends on third-party carrier and messaging infrastructure. SunsetSites is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or errors caused by third-party carriers or platforms outside our control.
Intellectual Property
All websites, scripts, content, and designs created by SunsetSites remain the intellectual property of SunsetSites until all setup and monthly service fees are paid in full.
You retain ownership of your brand assets, business content, and customer data.
You are granted a limited license to use the delivered website, AI receptionist, and related services while subscribed to our service. SunsetSites reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing unless requested otherwise by the client.
Service Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your service at any time by providing written notice.
Services will remain active through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
SunsetSites reserves the right to suspend or terminate service in the event of non-payment, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Data Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All client information, customer data, and business content is treated as confidential. Information collected through your AI receptionist or missed-call text-back system (such as caller names and phone numbers) is used solely to operate your service and is not sold to third parties.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SunsetSites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the past 3 months for the service in question.

Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
